It's just the stragglers, has-beens, and also-rans now. When is this circus folding up its tent?

Let's move this thing to Ft. Lauderdale. All these videos have too little skin.

LOL, Bagoh.

All kidding aside, whew, am I glad I live in the US. As annoying as many of the elements of this protest are, they're a long way from Lara Logan's rapists in Tahrir Sq.

Keeping it in tune isn't easy either.

At least it's not a lute.

Speaking of pickin, I was watching this classic 4 minutes of pickin this morning. Earle Scruggs and Joan Baez, "Love is Just a Four Letter Word"

doesn't get any better than that. Joan was a goodess of song, her politics? Not my favorite, but she was an honest Lefty. Quaker parents, anti-war etc, but after the war, she spoke out against the Viet camps and the Killing Fields. Hanoi on the other hand, wrote that there was no proof of the Killing Fields.

OK, I was wrong, the circus has not left town. That means there is still time to buy a Steadicam Smoothee.

At 32 degrees, it takes joint dedication.

They will suffer for their art, but only so much.

PS Excellent point, Sarge. Joanie was no phony, contrary to Al Capp. Sad to say, she was about the only one, IIRC.

LOL another missing thought. I meant hanoi Jane denied that the Killing Fields were happening.

That voice, amazing. simply dazzling. Her Amazing Grace is another classic that won't be duplicated.

I didn't know until this day that Earl Scruggs was a reefer addict. But there he is, right on YouTube.

Or a harpsichord.

John Challis solved the harpsichord problem with the aluminum soundboard.

Challis everything is on the web.

Those WSJ reporters probably aren't going to have as good a time at the CoCo Key water park as they expect either.

DrillSgt, I didn't know that Not Fonda Jane wrote that the killing fields didn't exist. Yet another reason to dislike her...

Thanks for the Joan Baez info. :)
