"Court Deals Blow to Owners of Apartment Complex."

A NYT headline that makes James Taranto say: "So Much for the War on Drugs."

That is funny. Sometimes those headlines get past you.

At least they were dealing blow. Imagine if they were dealing wolf snatches.

I do not want to be front paged for that remark.

Yep. Another entry in the "Police Help Dog Bite Victim" honor roll.

Wrong link?

Or is it somewhere on that WSJ page?

If this was a Faux Noise headline it would be funny. Making fun of a real news organization like the NYT, though, is ungood in the extreme.

I will be reporting this incident to Anita Dunn, and expect that the WSJ will be added to the list of unapproved, pseudo "news organizations" forthwith.

Rent control is not free market and this will cause a disaster caused by a the sweet, loving government favoring one group over another.

Well, it's no "Headless Man in Topless Bar" but it's a pretty good headline.

$200 million/4000 apts = $50,000 not accounting for legal costs.

NY? I think I was living there at the time. Where do I go to collect?
