Nonpaper — "a diplomatic term used for an informal side agreement that doesn’t have to be disclosed publicly."

"The nonpaper deals with such important details as the operation of a joint commission to oversee how the deal is implemented and Iran’s right to continue nuclear research and development during the next several months...."
Asked late Monday about the existence of the informal nonpaper, White House officials referred the question to the State Department.... A State Department spokeswoman, Marie Harf, denied later Monday that there was any secret agreement.

"Any documentation associated with implementation tracks completely with what we've described," she said. "These are technical plans submitted to the International Atomic Energy Agency," the United Nations' nuclear watchdog agency....

I don't understand the need for all these wheels within wheels. When you finally get down to the meat of the agreement, its obvious that the West intends to allow Iran to get The Bomb.

Why all the posturing? To save face? We don't have any respect for our "diplomats" anyway - they'd trade their soul to Satan for the promise of future negotiations on said soul.

Can someone translate this bit of authentic diplomatic gibberish for me?

"Any documentation associated with implementation tracks completely with what we've described…."

I think that means there is already material that is public and the additional material that is held back is really pretty much the same thing, just details that we keep private because we don't want to have to make a huge deal out of all the precise wording. The undisclosed memo tracks the disclosed statement.

… or we want to be free to vary from these details as we see fit without you outsiders being in a position to say that we did.

A nonpaper that tracks with a non-enforceable non-deal acquiesced to by Western diplomatic non-entities.

Peace will not be the result of the Obama Gang's freely surrendering to an aggressive neo-Persian Empire.

So with the USA out of the true Pax Americana hegemon's role, who will emerge to take our place. There will need to be decades of wars all over the Globe to determine that answer.

The Chinese are the most likely winners. But don't count Putin's Russia out.

Well, for now it is about who is going to be the biggest and meanest s.o.b. in the stretch from Morocco to the Chinese border.

This is why I loathe the feminazis. Castrating us while we're surrounded by the real world.
