Anyone remember Pat Paulsen for President 1968 spoof campaign?

Took me awhile to come up with that - I kept looking for Henry Gibson/Laugh-In. Finally tripped across Pat Paulsen/Smothers Brothers.

Bunny instead of an eagle reminded me of "A turkey, a dove, or an eagle?" song from 1776.

This guy is one of the funniest people alive (I like SBC, but he's got nothing on Hape Kerkeling). Most of his stuff is in German, but starting at 0:30 this clip is in English- it's not his funniest stuff, but you can at least get a sense of his talent with language...

Actually he is copying Gracie Allen from 1940 when she ran for president. One of the funniest bits that George and Gracie ever did.
