What about PRE-menstrual women? Can we lock them up?

Tut tut. Another lawless court, pulling rights out of thin air that could not be plausibly inferred from the original meaning of the law. Thankfully, we in America have judges immune to the tugs of "sophistication" that result in decisions like this.

Henceforth buildings commonly referred to as cow sheds are to called Empowerment Rooms.

"They are often given unhygienic food and suffer verbal abuse."

Sounds like Catholic school in the sixites.

I bet if they had stocked said cow sheds with loads of chocolate and salty snacks this case never would've come up.

Whoa. I think I owe my Orthodox Jewish friends an apology...being kept away from menfolk during menstruation in a little room sounds like Club Med comparatively.

Although, I dunno -- some doilies, and potpourri, and wallah, cow sheds are the new Florida Rooms.

Cheers,
Victoria

Well... that's one way to deal with PMS.
